Welcome! Parenting a child or adolescent who is struggling can feel overwhelming and exhausting. Does your child or teen struggle with behavioral or academic challenges at school? Or maybe you are concerned they are showing signs of anxiety, depressed mood, increased irritability, or difficulties paying attention and staying organized. Maybe your teen suddenly seems like a stranger and every conversation or request results in an argument. Parenting is one of the most important things that we will do in our lives, yet much of the information available to parents is conflicting or confusing.
I am a clinical psychologist who provides a range of therapy and assessment services to children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. I believe that every family is different and each situation is unique, and I seek to support families while I deliver compassionate and personalized care. I utilize an evidence-based approach that is collaborative, individualized, and responsive to each client. My goal is to empower children, teens, and parents by providing the tools and support they need to feel more successful in their day-to-day life and more hopeful about the future. I also work with adults who are struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, OCD, and depressed mood. I look forward to working with you!
