Welcome! I am a clinical psychologist who provides a range of therapy and assessment services to children, adolescents, adults, and parents. I believe that every person and family is different and each situation is unique, and I seek to support clients while I deliver compassionate and personalized care. I utilize an evidence-based approach that is collaborative, individualized, and responsive to each client. My goal is to empower children, teens, adults, and parents by providing the tools and support they need to feel more successful in their day-to-day life and more hopeful about the future. I work with individuals who are struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, OCD, and depressed mood, as well as providing expert parenting support. I look forward to working with you!
Parenting a child or adolescent who is struggling can feel overwhelming and exhausting. Does your child or teen struggle with behavioral challenges at school? Or maybe you are concerned they are showing signs of anxiety, depressed mood, increased irritability, or difficulties paying attention and staying organized. Maybe your teen suddenly seems like a stranger and every conversation or request results in an argument. Parenting is one of the most important things that we will do in our lives, yet much of the information available to parents is conflicting or confusing. I draw on years of formal training and clinical practice, along with parenting my own kids for over 19 years to help support parents feel more confident in their parenting.
